Do not trace, copy, or steal my artwork. Additionally, do not redistribute, repost, or sell my artwork without my permission.

You may use copyrighted commissioned art for personal use only. You may make prints and claim the rights to your characters, but not the right to the art itself. Additionally, you may use or repost the art for promotional purposes with proper credit to the artist.​

I retain the copyright of my artwork. I also retain the copyright of my characters if used in a commissioned piece.

I have the right to display commissions in my galleries, portfolio, commission examples, and other promotional devices to represent my work.

Commission prices are listed in USD and are priced for personal use or hobbyist clients.

Commission prices may increase with complex character designs. Complexities that warrant additional fees include extra limbs, small or ornate details, several layers of clothing, most magical effects, and major glowing effects.

Additional characters per piece are the same price as the first character. For example, if you order a rendered full body for $60, any extra characters in the same piece will cost an additional $60.

If there is no visual reference of the character, the commission will cost an additional $50. If you order a full-body character but only have a headshot reference, the commission will cost an additional $25.

Character silhouettes are the same price as sketches.

I will only draw in my own style and do not take requests to mimic other styles. This includes chibis, as I will no longer draw them for commissions.

Payments must be made upfront through PayPal for me to start your commission.

• You may pay for your commission in parts. If you do, please note that you will not be able to order a new commission, and I will not complete the original order until you have paid in full.

I have a right to decline, cancel, or refund any commission for any reason, especially if it does not follow the Terms of Service.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I will blacklist you from purchasing further commissions from me.

Estimated wait time ranges from two days minimum to four months maximum. The average is approximately one to two weeks.

• If you would like your commission completed at a faster rate, there will be a rush fee.

I will always send a work-in-progress (WIP) to you at multiple stages of the commission. This includes YCH commissions.

Major changes such as expressions and posing can only be made during the sketch stage.

Once the commission is completed, I will send a full-resolution image to you.

In the case of a cancellation, I will provide a refund, the amount dependent on the latest stage of work.

Tips are enabled on invoices and are encouraged. Tips after a commission’s completion can also be made on Ko-fi or Patreon.
