Do not trace, copy, steal, or my artwork. Additionally, do not redistribute, repost or sell my artwork without my permission. 

All payment has to be done upfront for me to start your sketch commission. If there is no payment, I will not start.

If there is no visual reference of the character, it'll cost an additional $20. If you want a full-body character but only have a headshot reference, it'll cost an additional $10.

 Additional characters are the same price as the first character. For example, if you got a rendered full body for $60, the extra character will cost an additional $60.

Other complexities include extra limbs, small or ornate details, several layers of clothing, most magic, major glowing effects, etc.

I have a right to decline, cancel, or refund any commission for any reason, especially if the commission doesn't follow the terms.

Commissioners can use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only. Commissioners can print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. They can use or repost the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.​

Estimated wait time can vary between 2 days minimum to 4 months maximum. The average is approximately 1-2 weeks. If you want your commission completed quickly, you'll be charged extra.​

I will only draw in my own style and do not take requests to mimic other styles. This includes chibis as I will no longer draw them on commissions.

Commission prices are listed in USD and are priced for personal use or hobbyist clients.

I allow you to pay in parts. Although you will be unable to order a new commission or will I finish the piece until you paid fully.

If you file a charge-back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I will blacklist you from purchasing further commissions from me.

I will always send a work-in-progress (WIP) to the client at multiple stages of the commission. This includes YCH commissions.

Major changes such as expressions and posing can only be made during the sketch stage.

When the commission is completed, I will send a full-resolution image to the client.

Payments will be paid via Paypal only. 

Tips are always enabled on invoices and are encouraged. Tips after a commission’s completion can be made on Ko-fi or Patreon.

​In the case of a cancellation, a refund will be provided depending on the current stage of work.

I have the right to display commissions on my galleries, portfolio, commission examples, and other promotional devices to represent my work.

I retain the copyright of my artwork. I also retain the copyright of my characters if used in a commissioned piece.
